2. Enter your Bill To / Statement Account number and a valid Zip Code. If you are entering a Canadian zip code, enter the first 5 characters of your zip code, including any spaces, and click Submit. The Purchase Order Summary screen displays, showing a list of purchase orders along with page and record indicators.
